and senior publishing exec at PC Magazine, ComputerLand Magazine,
Computer Reseller News, and several other top tech publications. Jay
holds a BA in History and Russian from UCLA. |

| Steve
is the managing general partner of eCompanies
Venture Group. He is the co-founder and the managing partner of
Storie Partners, L.P., a $160 million fund he formed to invest in
domestic emerging growth companies. Storie Partners was the initial
institutional venture investor in Earthlink and Software Technologies
Corporation. Previously, Steve served as vice president, senior investment
officer and portfolio manager at Kayne Anderson Investment Management,
a Los Angeles-based investment advisor to private partnerships invested
in private and public equities and subordinated debt instruments.
He also worked as an analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Management
and Research, the Boston-based investment advisor to the Fidelity
Investments family of mutual funds. Steve has a B.A. in Economics
from the University of Connecticut. |

| Jim
is Vice President of First
Analysis Corporation, providing research coverage of e-commerce
business-to-business services and coordinating the firm's public research
and venture capital for outsourced-service companies serving businesses
or government. Prior to joining First Analysis in 1997, he was a marketing
manager at Nalco Chemical Co., where he played a key role in expanding
Nalco's service offering to include operating and leasing equipment
at customer sites, which led to the formation of a joint venture with
U.S. Filter Co. Jim also serves on the boards of directors of netBOA
(formerly Cobra Administrative Services) and Correctional Systems.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University,
where he earned the university's highest award in that discipline,
and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |
