Tom Green -- Co-Founder and Chairman
Tom serves on several boards, public and private, and has bought or sold approximately 20 companies. Tom's previous operating roles include President of the Transamerica Title Insurance Company, Southern CA Operations and President or CFO of a number of General Mills divisions. Tom was a Co-Founder of the NYSE-company Cotelligent (CGZ). He holds an MBA from Stanford University and lives in Tiburon, CA.
 
Sally Crawford -- Co-Founder and Vice-Chair
Sally was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Healthsource, an East Coast HMO that was acquired by CIGNA in 1997. Sally holds an MBA from Boston University and lives in Exeter, NH.
 
Jay Whitehead -- Co-Founder, President and CEO
Jay has founded three successful high tech HR companies and as VP of Sales, grew a fourth HR company from $75 million to a record $250 million in sales in 14 months. Jay also had a successful tech magazine career from 1983 to 1994. He was a co-founder and Managing Publisher of UPSIDE, and senior publishing exec at PC Magazine, ComputerLand Magazine, Computer Reseller News, and several other top tech publications. Jay holds a BA in History and Russian from UCLA.
 
Steve Ledger -- Member, Board of Directors
Steve is the managing general partner of eCompanies Venture Group. He is the co-founder and the managing partner of Storie Partners, L.P., a $160 million fund he formed to invest in domestic emerging growth companies. Storie Partners was the initial institutional venture investor in Earthlink and Software Technologies Corporation. Previously, Steve served as vice president, senior investment officer and portfolio manager at Kayne Anderson Investment Management, a Los Angeles-based investment advisor to private partnerships invested in private and public equities and subordinated debt instruments. He also worked as an analyst and portfolio manager at Fidelity Management and Research, the Boston-based investment advisor to the Fidelity Investments family of mutual funds. Steve has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
 
James Macdonald -- Member, Board of Directors
Jim is Vice President of First Analysis Corporation, providing research coverage of e-commerce business-to-business services and coordinating the firm's public research and venture capital for outsourced-service companies serving businesses or government. Prior to joining First Analysis in 1997, he was a marketing manager at Nalco Chemical Co., where he played a key role in expanding Nalco's service offering to include operating and leasing equipment at customer sites, which led to the formation of a joint venture with U.S. Filter Co. Jim also serves on the boards of directors of netBOA (formerly Cobra Administrative Services) and Correctional Systems. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, where he earned the university's highest award in that discipline, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
 
Bob Euritt -- Member, Board of Directors
Bob has served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Nestle and TRW. He now serves as EVP of Human Resources at Remington, a company of approximately 3,700 Es.
 
Ed Faber -- Member, Board of Directors
Ed has served as CEO and Chairman of ComputerLand and SuperCuts. Ed is currently Vice-Chair of Cotelligent Group (CGZ on NYSE) and lives in Arizona.
 
Charles (Chuck) Hamilton -- Observer, Board of Directors
Chuck is a managing director at First Analysis, specializing in the firm's private equity investment activities. He has been associated with First Analysis since 1987 through his participation as a general partner of the Infrastructure and Environmental Private Equity Funds. Chuck has over 28 years of investment experience in the fields of venture capital, security analysis and corporate finance. Prior to joining First Analysis, he was a principal in the private equity group at Robertson, Stephens & Company, where he also served as managing director since 1981. Chuck received a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
