What size of company do you serve?
EService specializes in companies from 50 to 5,000 Es. Companies with several thousand Es like the convenience of Single-Source HR because we reduce the paperwork significantly. And small companies like the sophistication and expertise we deliver.

Who files my Federal and State payroll taxes and W-2s?
EService takes care of it. In your Client Services Agreement, EService and its vendors take responsibility for filing your taxes on a timely basis. You simply need to provide us with the correct information according to the payroll schedule.

If I don't have any benefits or insurance plans now, can EService help?
Yes. EService is a single source solution for all your employment needs. We have relationships with brokers who have arranged excellent packages for health, dental, vision, 401(k), 125 flex spending plans, life insurance, AD&D and workers' compensation coverage nationally.

Will EService help me reduce my risk of employer liabilities - E lawsuits, etc.?
Yes. EService is your resource for ensuring compliance with employment and safety laws. We can also assist you in administering progressive discipline programs to keep you compliant with proper workplace practices. And we have training programs to decrease your exposure to liabilities from harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination.

Is EService an E leasing company?
No. In E leasing, you fire your Es and the leasing company becomes their sole employer. EService simply manages your HR, Web-based HRIS, benefits and payroll, paying your Es on your Federal ID number.

Are my contract (1099) Es covered by EService's services?
No. Contract Es are not considered Es of your company. Contractors are responsible for their own self-employment taxes and aren't eligible for benefits. You're responsible for their contract wages and for issuing them 1099s at the end of the year. EService can assist you with the 1099 filing for an additional fee.
