EService an E leasing company?

In E leasing, you fire your Es and the leasing company
becomes their sole employer. EService simply manages your HR,
Web-based HRIS, benefits and payroll, paying your Es on your
Federal ID number. |
| Are
my contract (1099) Es covered by EService's services?

| No.
Contract Es are not considered Es of your company. Contractors
are responsible for their own self-employment taxes and aren't eligible
for benefits. You're responsible for their contract wages and for
issuing them 1099s at the end of the year. EService can assist
you with the 1099 filing for an additional fee. |
