HR Management
EHelpdesk tracks all E data, ensuring your personnel information is updated, organized and secure. The portal provides three different levels of access -- Administrator, Manager and E.
The Administrator manages E information, generates reports, checks payroll time entry, oversees policies and manages user access.
Managers can execute and approve actions regarding the Es reporting to them. This includes salary reviews, posting job openings and making changes to the status of Es.
Es can update personal information, see pay day schedules and paycheck histories, calculate W4, submit a time card, see complete details of their benefits packages and much more.

Benefits
EHeldpdesk's web-based E self-service system allows your company to maintain your existing benefits programs.
We provide complete administration of your existing health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D and workers compensation, 401(k), 125 Flex Plan, EAP and COBRA management. All benefits status and reports are available online 24 hours a day.
We consolidate, reconcile and administer payment to all your benefits carriers: you pay a single consolidated benefits bill each month and avoid all the administrative headaches.
If you would like to add benefits packages, EService has partnerships with benefits providers nationwide.

Payroll
EService's partnerships with major payroll providers including ADP and Intuit allow us to reduce your payroll overhead while increasing reliability and improving customer service and response time.
EService will become your payroll department. We integrate your payroll system into EHeldpdesk and work directly with your payroll vendor.
We'll help you manage payroll issues such as managing time and vacation entry, new E and termination administration, W4 and W2 processing, tax payment and filing, 401(k) loan processing and more.

HR Card
The HR Card will become one of the most valuable pieces of plastic in your Es' wallets. It is customized for each E and contains all the relevant account numbers, phone numbers and other HR contact information they need. Details about benefits plans, E programs and an EService contact are all at their fingertips.
The HR Card is compact, convenient and constantly updated. When your Es' information changes, they automatically receive a new, updated card.
